      Pay, management can block you from being considered for certain positions in the company even if you apply for them, very inflexible in addressing problems with company practices related to handling certain situations (especially in COBRA Customer Service),

      PTO, 401k match, remote work, the people.

      Cons

      Constant pressure to prove you’re using AI, do more with less culture, consistent layoffs and reorgs, poor communication, unclear direction, unrealistic goals all for a 2% raise. Zero chance for advancement.
