      Some Bank Holidays off, depending on department. Decent PTO hours.

      Cons

      Lack of commitment/reassurance and appreciation to employees. Health Insurance is cheap, less coverage than previous management/years. More out of pocket expenses. Little internal movement abilities.

      Pros

      PTO, 401k match, remote work, the people.

      Cons

      Constant pressure to prove you’re using AI, do more with less culture, consistent layoffs and reorgs, poor communication, unclear direction, unrealistic goals all for a 2% raise. Zero chance for advancement.
