You won't have fun and you won't go home feeling good about yourself. HR is really out of touch. They launched a SoPo fun crew and all they did was put out board games in the cafeteria. It was out of control for a while. The company used to do a lot of cool things, like SeaDogs games, and employee recognition, but those are gone and now we have board games. You'll need to find inspiration, leadership and anything else somewhere else - it no longer resides at WEX.
