      Most of the employees are friendly and helpful. You also work remote

      Cons

      They have no formal training. If you kiss butt even when you treat co-workers poorly, you get promoted. Management ignores people to the point where you might as well be invisible. Benefits are not that great.

      Pros

      PTO, 401k match, remote work, the people.

      Cons

      Constant pressure to prove you’re using AI, do more with less culture, consistent layoffs and reorgs, poor communication, unclear direction, unrealistic goals all for a 2% raise. Zero chance for advancement.
