Cons
Lack of direction from leadership. Overworked and underpaid for salary roles. Leadership doesn’t allow to be challenged. The work demands change mid-month going back to the start of the month. Merit increases are nonexistent even with record breaking profits across the company. No appreciation from leadership Previously gave holiday gift cards, but now they send a 20 second e-card and expect that to be good enough.
