      Is hard to scale your carreer, almost impossible to achieve certain levels, I already give up of trying to receive a promotion or something like that

      Pros

      PTO, 401k match, remote work, the people.

      Cons

      Constant pressure to prove you’re using AI, do more with less culture, consistent layoffs and reorgs, poor communication, unclear direction, unrealistic goals all for a 2% raise. Zero chance for advancement.
