      Decent PTO, remote work, good work life balance

      Cons

      Raises are a joke! After almost 10 years and 3 positions I still haven't hit $22/hr despite yearly reviews showing above expected performance. I have to work a second job that pays me almost the same amount per hour for part time entry level work.

      Pros

      PTO, 401k match, remote work, the people.

      Cons

      Constant pressure to prove you’re using AI, do more with less culture, consistent layoffs and reorgs, poor communication, unclear direction, unrealistic goals all for a 2% raise. Zero chance for advancement.
