WEX is constantly changing processes and expecting support staff to adapt, and then making more and more changes because their original change is not working. Good people leave without being replaced and wonder why the support team is not able to keep up with double, triple workloads. Compensation is completely out of touch and cost of living increases are a joke. There is no additional compensation for increased work loads dumped on support staff. Not even a "good job" pat on the back we appreciate you. We get we're not keeping up with expected standards even though we've lost 1/2 of our team. Upper management has no regard for support staff and after pushing out 1/2 the team, they still demand the same excellence and then give us a 2% raise.
