      No micromanagement. You could somewhat choose your schedule.

      Training was not structured. Needs to be a more set in stone way to train employees especially those who are remote.

      PTO, 401k match, remote work, the people.

      Cons

      Constant pressure to prove you’re using AI, do more with less culture, consistent layoffs and reorgs, poor communication, unclear direction, unrealistic goals all for a 2% raise. Zero chance for advancement.
