3yWow, we’re quite surprised by your post. While we would encourage you to share your feelings with your supervisor, and if appropriate with HR, it appears you and WGI are not aligned. While unfortunate, our core values start with a Passion For People. We care about every team member and we never want anyone to feel “It’s a job.” WGI isn’t for everyone, and in your case it may be best if you considered options that would meet your expectations.
