Remote work is unique to every person, timing, role and need. So, you are correct, there is not a consistent approach to remote work. Rather, we remain open to every request and flexible in our approach. WGI knows we are better together, and safety in our designs is always at the forefront. We do ask that our team appreciate that public infrastructure is a unique practice, and the delivery of a safe project often requires regular communication, teamwork, training and mentoring - all of which typically are better in person.
