Plenty of learning opportunities for motivated individuals. Many employees wear multiple "hats". Horizontal movement and learning the many facets of a small broadcast facility are encouraged.

Cons

Low pay, small company, very limited room for advancement.

Pros

Willingness to let you attempt own ideas, personal projects, etc, encourages experimentation, easily familiar with close co-workers

Cons

No oversight on projects, forced to manage up more frequently than should be needed. Some members of staff unwilling to change ways when revenue is lost and clients bolt. Departments are segregated, working together is encouraged but extremely difficult with different goals and egos getting in the way.
