WHOOP has so much potential - a strong brand, and an exciting product. Unfortunately, the company often feels like it lacks clear direction and consistent leadership.

There is limited representation in key conversations, which can create an environment where certain perspectives are repeatedly overlooked. Teams can spend significant time navigating personalities, ownership debates, and shifting priorities instead of focusing on the work that would have the greatest impact. There are many smart, hardworking people at WHOOP, but the organization would benefit from clearer strategy, stronger cross-functional leadership, and a culture that rewards thoughtful dissent rather than volume or proximity to power. The potential is absolutely there, but meaningful change is needed for the company to fully realize it.
