We're glad you had a positive experience with the people you worked with and found the flexibility of remote work to be a plus. It’s disappointing to hear that you believe there are limitations in career growth opportunities. The Membership Services Department, in particular, recently rolled out a systematic and extensive career progression program that coincides with advanced-level training and compensation increases. We recognize that professional development and growth are important for employee satisfaction, which is why we prioritized this program this year.
Your advice to remember our remote employees is well-taken. We understand the unique challenges and needs that remote employees may face, and we are always looking for ways to enhance support for our distributed workforce. We have implemented various initiatives to foster inclusivity and engagement among all employees, regardless of their location, and we will continue to enhance these efforts moving forward.
