12HR Shifts. Days/Nights/Holidays/weekends. Medical Benefits are pretty bad, it costs my family about 8,700 a year for medical/dental/ vision on an 80/20 match with 50$ copays. The new CEO is an incompetent who drives a Bentley and understands as much about waste to energy as my kid sister. The company that bought us from Waste Management (Energy Capital Partners)got played like a Fiddle for near 2 Billion dollars, So they have 0 love for us. Basically ECP has been trying to dump us on anyone with a checkbook big enough since they acquired us. When they bought us they told our plant managers to tell “us” they are super smart and went to Harvard... it’s laughable what a bunch of hacks they are. Anyhow they squeeze the overtime randomly and then flip the faucet back on when they need us to paint everything for a potential buyer. They really got there pants pulled down for what they spent.
