lack of communication/ organization was a BIG problem here. A place that didnt really care about their customers as they had marketed. Customer service dept would mainly care about how many calls they would take rather than seeing the quality of the call and if it was at all professional over all work environment was toxic. Highschool was easier to deal with than here
