Wonderful people, diverse and dynamic job with never a dull moment. All about sustainability. Good compensation package.

Cons

Sometimes feels like working for a start up. Hard to get the answers in a timely manner. Tons of changes on a monthly basis. Some managers are not competent and not very helpful at times. Difficulties in communication between operations and sales departments.
