I’m writing this on someone else’s behalf. This is specifically to the New Hampshire branch and the bosses (don’t deserve the title of leader) that work there. To fire people for no apparent reason other than you don’t like them is an absolute joke. Your core value shouldn’t be “one team” it should be “do as I say or you lose your job”. You cannot handle the fact that people have supporting evidence to back up every reason why you’re wrong and that is sad. Constructive criticism is important for growth but because of the narcissism within you can’t handle it. And as far as the HR department goes, all I can say is I am very disappointed in the fact that you’re too afraid to do your job. Absolute cowards who manage this place!!
