Awful policies, safety manager is a moron the motto is safety over production, however when push comes to shove he will do whatever it takes to avoid an osha recordable, even refusing to have onsite supervisors call 911 when an employee suffers heat stroke. He’s rather direct another coworker to remove said employee from the property in case something severe did in fact happen
