Upper management doesn't value the employees - Utility Operator WIN Waste Innovations Employee Review

Upper management preaches safety constantly here but seems to be unwilling to make improvements or repairs create a safe work environment. As a department we were dealing with a faulty conveyor that was making a mess for months. Someone gets hurt and all the sudden there's contracted help to clean up and repairs are made. Obviously safety is only their concern if it effects their bonuses. Management makes claims that there's all kinds of improvements being made but the work environment remains miserable.
