If u r a fresher and determined only to learn from u r first job but not to earn, WINIT is the Best place for you. The reasons being : 1. You'll , at least get "just sufficient" (not surplus ) infrastructure , using which you can obviously learn things by your self with in your "2 year bond period" ('Times of hardship' is the best word). 2. The seniors : i. Who are always ready to make a mockery out of you , insult you. ii. Who can never be seen , when u are in a need. iii. Who are experts in politics. will ultimately make you tough enough to "mentally withstand" any circumstance. 3. The Chief Manager of WinIt , being "totally ruthless" will undoubtedly make u learn , how to tolerate things with patience.
Cons
1. As an Employee don't expect appreciation from the Boss . Because in WinIt , there is no such thing like "Standard Employee Evaluation Process" that decides your worth.Its only that chief manager, who will not be available to see you work on the floor, that decides everything (Just stay till its late night and act like u r working, You'll get a hike ). 2. Lack of cleanliness and unfiltered air from the Air conditioner. 3. Managers here, lack skills to i. Learn requirements from client before they assign it to developers. ii. Distribute and analyze work being assigned among the team. 4. No time for family, no Saturday , no Sunday , no day can surely be taken as a holiday in. They have announced all Saturdays and Sundays a holiday from April 2014 , but don't know how much sincerely they are going to implement. Oh God I Like Nothing In This Company.
