Pros

Started as RAW fresher when I was picked in campus interview. 1st year was very tough as training was hard and pressure was very high. During training, we received many and only challenges. There was no excuse. You have to do it, means you have to do it. Stay late, work on weekends and still can't finish do night out. In 6 months after training, I transformed as 1.5 years experience Android developer and not only the core programming - I was able to do very complex solutions. After 2 years I surprised myself in implementing sound engineering, getting into Android OS and making OS level changes which probably Qualcomm and Samsung engineers will shy off. As there are very few normal mobile app development, and most of focus is on challenging solution - technical growth is very high. I can sense that I have the X factor and that differentiator I would not have got in other companies. Just left WINIT for my career growth and wanted to stay close to my hometown near Delhi. But when I look back the initial training and the opportunities I got - it made me 2 years ahead of all my batch-mates & friends in Google, Samsung and IBM. Not only development, I also was exposed in client management and played part of project lead when many might have worked as Software Developer. WINIT was an impactful journey and made be sound, strong in my specialization and gives me confidence that I can take any assignment in future. After 1st year, my perk was industry standard and after 2nd year I was above industry standard. Had I decided to stay by not choosing to stay in DELHI (with my mother), I would have been enjoying a fat salary. Thank You.

Cons

Initial pressure during training is high. Most of us realized its for betterment for our career only, but I saw two three people who couldn't catch up. I don't the right solution to handle it, but I believe - it needs to alter. May be more counselling from HR, technical growth path and some thing that I am missing must be added to make everyone feel better. The starting salary is low and also needs to look at. Till 1st 12 months, there is dissatisfaction. Of course we all realized, once we started performing, there was no limit on appraisal. We saw QA getting 9+ lakhs in 3 years and developers scaling even higher. But when you start you don't see these and I think this should be worked out.

Pros

Company treats each and every employee as an asset by encouraging employees to continuously learn and grow both individually and as a team. I have never worked for a company that focuses so intensely on supporting its' employees through coaching, mentoring, and encouraging career development.

Cons

The only cons involved in working forWINIT involve those barriers that employees may create as a result of poor adherence to schedule, or not reaching out to ask questions when necessary.

Pros

If you get salary on time that to on a regular basis that itself is a big achievement

Cons

List is endless, they wont even provide basic facility like clean & hygienic washrooms & drinking water, because sometimes they wont have cash to buy toiletries and pay water supplier. They don’t pay salary on time or for months together, worst management to top of their pathetic decision making skills. It is like a family mafia you have to lick their boots and play according to their rules to survive. I would like to talk about a situation that happened, once I lost company ID card and to give a new one they charged something around 400 – 500 rupees, the reason I have highlighted this is not because they charged so much for the ID card it shows their mindset that they won’t lose any opportunity to exploit their own employees. The less I talk about career growth, opportunities, managers, peers, working environment the better. An advice if you ever get an offer from this company please don’t join but if you have no other options but to join this company make sure you don’t submit your certificates (mostly applicable to freshers) and never opt for a PF account here.
