Pros
There absolutely is not a single thing that is likable, nice, comfortable or even in the slightest going well within this company.
Cons
For people that don't actually care one bit about their future there are PLENTY of Pros. Let's start with how half the team doesn't show up just about every day. No text, no call, no anything. And if they do decide to show just know half of them will be under the influence of one thing or another, can not follow even the simplest of instructions, they could care less about their performance since it's not them being treated like garbage by the store teams and they aren't the ones that have to explain how someone could have possible miscounted every single item in a section when one can literally look at the section and can see that there's e.g. 3 of one item and 4 of an entirely different items- let's say 3 cans of coffee and 4 boxes of diapers yet according to the team there's 7 cans of coffee. This company is so desperate for workers that they let people get away with murder and then wonder why inventories are nothing but a huge clown show. Much like "management"- if you can even call it that. I'd say it's more of a dictatorship with double standards, absolutely zero respect for anybody but themselves and overall just the absolute most miserable group of people I have ever had the displease of meeting. People working inventories are being treated like modern day slaves. And god forbid you get hurt on the job or dare to get sick once. The audacity! Yet your "boss"/"manager" is either sick, on vacation or doesn't care a single bit about the team to where it's practically impossible to get a hold of them. I have never seen a company as ratchet yet pretentious and as gas-lighting as WIS. These people are absolutely vile and if it wasn't for current financial situation I would have already gotten the hell out and away from these energy sucking vampires. But unfortunately am stuck until I find a new job.
