Pros

You get to pick your own hours. Confirm jobs when you want to work. WIS employees get paid weekly (hourly) not sure about salaried positions Salary and Hourly positions available. Company Transport (Company Vans are used to transport crew and equipment) 30min break given every 5 hours.

Cons

Area Manager schedules less than 20 hours a week most weeks Pay is not worth amount of hours worked. Exhausting, no sitting, must stand throughout workday Demanding, will be asked to complete multiple tasks. Some people have to work 3 back to back shifts because of such little hours given. Refuse to give overtime opportunity

Cons

Terrible Management. Was aware that their top performing employee was harassing many young girls (including myself) in a very explicit way and knew of this issue and did not resolve anything. The shifts are not long due ot everyone trying to count as fast as they can due to higher pay if you do count faster, but it comes with a cost. The schedules are never consistent, and you can wish your sleep schedule goodbye. You will also be using a lot of gas for this job and will sometimes have a total drive time of 4 hours and only work 2. Awful.
