Pros

I've met and worked with some very nice people though this job. And the actual work isn't too bad. That's pretty much all I can say about the pros.

Cons

This is by far the most crooked company I've ever worked for! Not only do they cheat you out of your pay, but they cheat their customers too. Management is the worse. They start every job off lecturing you like you are a 5 year old brat who has done nothing but cause trouble. They tell you to count and touch each and every piece during the briefing then tell you to power scan or guesstimate later in your ear. You are supposed to get raises according to your CPH (counts per hour) But most the places you count are almost impossible to get the high count that they want. Unless you have your nose up the managers butt. And that's provided someone else's nose isn't there 1st. otherwise forget it. The few places you can actually count and get a higher CPH are already taken by the managers favorites. It does not matter how hard you work you are never appreciated for your efforts. They never pay you for all the hours you put in. If you are on a job out of town for an average of 12 to 15 hours, you will be lucky to get paid for 8 of them. My advice is don't work here unless you are desperate.

Pros

WIS is such a big company with a variety of roles, there's so many ways to find what fits "you." Opportunities for growth. I personally have like all of my management team, always nice and listened to their employees. When I was an inventory supervisor, I loved the traveling and experiencing new places. Higher pay than minimum wage, and typically higher than what most places offer.

Cons

Depending on the position, hours can be on the longer side. (but this can also be seen as a good thing.) Early starting times. Certain positions sometimes have a high turnover rate. While there are a lot of possibilities for growth, sometimes it can be a little difficult.

Pros

Nothing about this job had pro's.

Cons

Terrible Management. Was aware that their top performing employee was harassing many young girls (including myself) in a very explicit way and knew of this issue and did not resolve anything. The shifts are not long due ot everyone trying to count as fast as they can due to higher pay if you do count faster, but it comes with a cost. The schedules are never consistent, and you can wish your sleep schedule goodbye. You will also be using a lot of gas for this job and will sometimes have a total drive time of 4 hours and only work 2. Awful.
