WIS is such a big company with a variety of roles, there's so many ways to find what fits "you." Opportunities for growth. Terrible Management. Was aware that their top performing employee was harassing many young girls (including myself) in a very explicit way and knew of this issue and did not resolve anything. The shifts are not long due ot everyone trying to count as fast as they can due to higher pay if you do count faster, but it comes with a cost. The schedules are never consistent, and you can wish your sleep schedule goodbye. You will also be using a lot of gas for this job and will sometimes have a total drive time of 4 hours and only work 2. Awful.
