Pros

I started back in late May of 2015, I was paid extremely well for the job I did. (Inventory counting) Within two weeks, I was supervising other employees as an Audit Supervisor. By the end of our contract for our store, I was given a transfer to join RMS. There is potential in anything you do, and if you are tired of retail and want to explore your options within similar fields like Merchandising and Inventory, WIS is a great company to gain experience from.

Cons

Sometimes worked 12 hour shifts, but was paid accordingly. Start times generally differed depending on the current project.

Terrible Management. Was aware that their top performing employee was harassing many young girls (including myself) in a very explicit way and knew of this issue and did not resolve anything. The shifts are not long due ot everyone trying to count as fast as they can due to higher pay if you do count faster, but it comes with a cost. The schedules are never consistent, and you can wish your sleep schedule goodbye. You will also be using a lot of gas for this job and will sometimes have a total drive time of 4 hours and only work 2. Awful.
