Pros

inventory experience. and if able to afford it. you have a few slow months of absolutely no work. and you can vacation or get stuff done at home and still have a job. just no money.

Cons

the management most of them are nice to your face.,butt will stab you in the back or throw you under the bus to make them look good. their is no communication they move an office site and instead of e-mailing or calling the employees we all showed up at the old sight to leave for an out of town job and had no clue we moved. also they need to hire managers that are more professional. and fair to everyone. also they need to treat everyone the same. they favored the russian workers the most. they worked more hours. made more money. and could talk and mess off all they want and leave or not show up and it was ok. The amount of driving to jobs was insane, we would have more hours driving than actual work hours, it cost more for gas than we actualy made. also the management would have us lie about things like are counts so they could have better scores for the store they just finished. and If you cant work in a store for some reason. they will make up a name and social to show store. then change it back when store is done.

Pros

WIS is such a big company with a variety of roles, there's so many ways to find what fits "you." Opportunities for growth. I personally have like all of my management team, always nice and listened to their employees. When I was an inventory supervisor, I loved the traveling and experiencing new places. Higher pay than minimum wage, and typically higher than what most places offer.

Cons

Depending on the position, hours can be on the longer side. (but this can also be seen as a good thing.) Early starting times. Certain positions sometimes have a high turnover rate. While there are a lot of possibilities for growth, sometimes it can be a little difficult.

Pros

Nothing about this job had pro's.

Cons

Terrible Management. Was aware that their top performing employee was harassing many young girls (including myself) in a very explicit way and knew of this issue and did not resolve anything. The shifts are not long due ot everyone trying to count as fast as they can due to higher pay if you do count faster, but it comes with a cost. The schedules are never consistent, and you can wish your sleep schedule goodbye. You will also be using a lot of gas for this job and will sometimes have a total drive time of 4 hours and only work 2. Awful.
