Cons
Extremely racist, white men and white women will thrive here, especially if you have good optics. If you're not of Anglo Decent you need to be on your game at all times. The pay is horrible, some agents need a good punch in the face, while others are truly incredible human beings. Lots of racism among the staff and co-workers, unless you come from money and your'e a person of color you're looked at like dirt. I really wish they'd re-name this place to Entertainment Plantation, Racism, Sexism allowed by Ari Emanuel. I make too much money now to care about what they think.
