      I loved the work that I did. President is very generous when ever you need personal time off.

      Cons

      The work environment is a very hostile environment. The president micro manages everything you do.

      Pros

      Could get you into long-term projects.. that's about the only pro I can think of. tryinng hard to cme up with something but can't.

      Cons

      poor compensation, benefits, eat their own words, come up with varied reasons to cut your salary by a significant percentage even when what they are being paid by the client doesn't change.
