Pros
- Strong creative, studio, tech and editorial teams
Cons
- Very, very weak PM and Acct Directors (in terms of leadership capabilities and overall knowledge of work functions) - Director-level leadership does not teach/train their subordinates and frequently acts on emotions rather than factual occurrences - Directors do not have their employees back (in other words, they are weak-willed and pushovers when toughness and grit are required) - Rather than promote and reward quality of work, fiscal responsibility on accounts and solid internal communication, the corporate culture is laden with 'politicking' and showers accolades on those who are well versed in the art of brown-nosing - Disturbingly high turnover - Entirely too many internal meetings (most are pointless) which interferes with daily work output and hinders the ability to leave the office at a reasonable hour on most days -- this really adds up on a weekly basis
