Terrible direction and structure - Anonymous employee WPP Employee Review

Thanks for sharing your thoughts on ways our Seattle office can improve. We’ve experienced significant growth in our office over the past two years and we need to catch up in some areas. Maintaining better communication is a challenge we continue to embrace and improve. Later this year, we’re rolling out a new onboarding experience that will better illustrate the VML and client landscape. Regarding your feedback on keeping toxic personalities around, we encourage all employees to have conversations with leadership if they experience this with anyone in the office.
