Should've looked at Glassdoor ratings before... - Anonymous employee WPP Employee Review

This was one of the worst agencies I've worked for. Had some great creatives, but for the most part, nothing too innovative or special happening at this agency. Senior management is lacking and that explains the extremely high turnover in both GHG and Phase V (both owned by greyhealth group). Only after I left did I find out my manager had been complained about for being "emotionally abusive" and had multiple people leave under their supervision. Clients had also complained about them and I was not made of aware of this..very deceitful.
