Majority of senior management are largely arrogant, rude, and unapproachable. They are good at corporate politics with outdated ideas but not really at helping creatives inspire great work. They will work their departments to the bone (but forget about getting a decent raise ever). HR is useless at solving disputes in a professional impartial manner. Great degree of favortism persistent in its corporate culture. Severe lack transparency. Politicking is key to success in the company it seems, which is highly demoralizing and toxic to the overall well-being of the rest of the employees.
