Pros
If you're looking for a job where you can coast for a few months before finding something better, it's not a bad place to be. People roll in around 10am and generally leave by 5 or 6pm. Most people do the bare minimum required, leaving a select few hard workers to pick up all of the pieces.
Cons
Salary is significantly below the industry standard, senior management are outdated and underachieving, company morale is not high. There is extremely high turnover among the more junior employees, as they generally find higher paying and more innovative jobs elsewhere in the field.
