Pros

They often hire their interns They have bagels once a week (or did) It's a big company with lots of smaller sister companies, and it seems fairly easy to move from one to the other depending on your best fit When I worked there we had the week off between Christmas and New Years (I don't think that's the case anymore)

Cons

The onboarding process for an entry-level AAE was basically non-existent My managers were always stressed and didn't do a good job helping me learn my new role I often felt stressed because the clients weren't happy and my managers were weird Work life balance was terrible as an AAE because we weren't allowed laptops, so everyone was chained to their desks I had to supplement my pay with babysitting gigs because it was so low

Pros

New regime may finally consolidate companies. I had good managers.
