Terrible work/life balance Leadership isn't transparent about internal processes and treats you like a cog in a machine (agency life, but there exists much much better out there). There are so many rungs on the ladder, just expect to be a workhorse They'll fire great talent over anything - especially to absolve themselves of taking responsibility for their own inefficient internal processes no one but themselves are at fault for (after having "updated" said processes 15 times/year)
