Mandatory RTO. - Associate Director WPP Employee Review

The leadership is making RTO mandatory and it's a complete waste. I go into an office just to sit there and still work with my team remotely. There is nobody in my office that I work with so what is the point? Leadership just likes to micromanage and keep offices filled. Also I have worked at the agency for over 2 years without a single increase in salary not even cost of living adjustment. Don't expect any bonuses or salary increases at this company ever. You will have to leave if you want to increase your pay.
