Pros
WPS is trying to improve their culture, sort of. They have brought in some good leaders - Kerra Guffey, Chris Cashell, Ken Moss, etc. However, some of the "old regime" still remain and continue to make it difficult to truly change the culture for the better. Some departments are doing a good job of fostering their own, positive cultures. Onsite cafeteria and parking is nice.
Cons
This company won't truly change until the current CEO moves on (and his merry band of cronies) and a new team comes in. Culture is blaming and does not put people first - still very stuck in the old ways. This company also wastes tons of money, yet the pay and benefits continue to decline. Employee base is hit or miss - some great people and some that are nasty and/or incompetent.
