Some people at WPS have been at the company for a very long time, and are frustrated with the recent shift to a performance based culture. That said, most people are on board with the change and the culture is shifting to be a very positive, rewarding one. Now, instead of tenure determining an employee's comp and opportunities, performance drives them.
