      Pros

      No Micromanaging...employees are responsible for themselves, management is not constantly on you back about things, but they are there for you if you need help. Hours vary, so there is a schedule available to fit any lifestyle

      Cons

      Just a little unorganized, I'm sure it will get better as time goes on the Hampton, VA location is new so there are still kinks to work out.
