Claims rep - Claims Representative WPS Health Solutions Employee Review

Horrible management, no training for our actual job besides reading the same documents on the computer for 8 hours over and over, no help with systems, management puts their work on employees who know more. Take calls for every other department but our own, when DHA comes to visit we are told to look busy and keep our business in house. Crowded breakrooms, never any parking. Stay away!
