Pros

I am still fairly new to this position and company, but so far it is amazing! I love learning all about the ins and outs of healthcare benefits and this is a great company to do it with. It seems like they really care about their employees and want to help them succeed. Training for this position lasted 3 weeks and was very immersive. The pay is pretty good starting out and they really aren’t concerned with overtime at this point, so it is a great opportunity. Additionally, it is a very group oriented environment that really encourages teamwork and helping each other out. Especially the newer employees. At any given moment, you have several resources available to you if you have a difficult case.

Cons

As much as I love this company, it is a bit hectic at times. The division of this company is growing rather fast which makes for some on-the-fly changes. Most of the time, it is exciting and fun but can get a little stressful.
