Pros
Plenty of OT at times, perfect work environment, clean break rooms, respectable co workers, able to work from home.
Cons
They literally record how long you’re working by keeping tabs on your computer. They record how many times you lock your computer for reasons like using the bathroom, taking a phone call, etc. if there is no activity on your computer for 30 seconds, it’s recorded and there are times you may have to take a minute or two to figure out something with your work assignment so it’s not fair. Also, they assign your seat and then before you know it, you’re packing up your entire desk to move, it’s become quit annoying. I’ve moved my desk including my co workers as well like 6 times in less than a year. Also like I’ve been seeing a lot with these reviews, the training it horrible, nothing in my training prepared me for my actual job.
