If you disagree with VA leadership be prepared to be labeled as adverse to change and not included in discussions around change. Communication is cryptic and borderline flat out lies. No one has backbone in the VA to stand up because if you do you won't be around long. They keep hiring people knowing full well they will have to cut many of those positions in the next year but they do not disclose this. It is sad that a once great organization that cared for it's people now runs by treating people horribly. I feel bad for those that are still employed there.
