My career experience at WPS has brought me great opportunities professionally, helped build my skill set, given me great insurance knowledge, and most importantly allowed me to work along side talented colleagues. The team I have been a part over the last 5 plus years is the reason why I am still at WPS - they aren't only talented, but the collaboration and team work that happens everyday is amazing. We all work as a team to accomplish great work and results.
Cons
There isn't always much room to grow career wise within your department since the teams are smaller.
