Terrible - Anonymous employee WPS Health Solutions Employee Review

Very very very unorganized. They would change instructions anytime they wanted to without telling us, and then we would get "talked to" why we did things wrong. Also we don't have any time to really go through our email or read hundreds of pages of instructions just to see what was changed. We would constantly get the wrong answers when we would ask higher ups questions about certain documents. Then we would get written up for doing them wrong. It's very unfair. They pick favorites and if you get on their bad side you're pretty much done.
