Pros
My supervisor was fantastic. PTO and flexibility was a pro.
Cons
Numbers! Metrics! They are constantly pushing your to be faster and faster and faster. No matter how much your produce, it is never enough. In meetings upper management is telling you to slow down so you can produce quality work, while you receive a productivity metric reports telling you that you are not being fast enough. If you want to really help people, better be prepared to take a hit to your productivity because you don't get time to do that. They are constantly hiring groups of people to watch them dwindle down to only a few people that can stick it out. The pressure and stress can damage your mental health. During the interview they highlight the Pay for Performance as it is very easy to make more money once your training is over, however all employees are in the same pool. Employees who have been there for many years are in the same pool as the newbies. They are much faster than you, so pay for performance is very hard to achieve early on.
