Cons
Horrible training! Lots to learn in a short amount of time, lecture based and hardly any hands on learning, and then thrown in to production. They have “help” for you, but some were rude and not helpful. I tried to reach out about the lack of help and was brushed off. I was told to figure things out for myself even after I exhausted all options in the middle of a call. I wrote a trainer asking for help and they basically said they could not help me anymore and I needed to talk to my manager. It got to the point where I was having callers on hold for 15+ minutes while I waited for assistance, or would have to put them back in the queue. Also, typical call center turnover and fussiness if you have a doctors appointment or a sick child.
