      Pay, benefits, and working remote.

      Cons

      Continuous attrition following the 2021 summer reduction in force has caused a lot stress and frustration. Also, there is constant restructuring and context switching which makes matters . Leadership is so focused on the numbers they don't have any real insight on the work.
